400th Anniversary of Le Notre at Vaux Le Vicomte

There will never be a better year to visit Vaux le Vicomte. The Chateau have arranged a breathtaking season of events to showcase the sublime baroque landscape of Vaux and showcase the master of formal design Andre Le Notre.

The season dedicated to the 400th birthday of the great French landscaper André Le Nôtre

Starts on April 12th. It is a unique opportunity to share the most remarkable aspect of the 17th century:                                          The Art of the French Formal Garden.
Vaux le Vicomte is its founding piece, a model of harmony between architecture and landscape which inspired the whole Europe
The season will bring together a series of ambitious showpieces to pay homage to the master's genius and the spirit of the site. You are invited to enjoy them in exclusivity.
